Aromatherapy diffusers and essential oils for your home and Everyday use
Although there are many types of aromatherapy diffusers there is only one that uses the heat of a candle. There are aroma rings which use the heat from a light bulb; nebulizing diffusers, fan diffusers, diffuser pots and diffuser necklaces that use no heat at all. All aromatherapy diffusers require essential oils.
The essential oils are usually placed in a chamber or a bowl that is heated, has air passed through it or, with necklaces and clay pot diffusers, the oils slowly diffuse through a cork or the porous clay. Necklaces are good for personal use and can be carried with you throughout your day.
Ceramic and clay diffusers which use a tealight candle have a bowl on top and a place for tealight candle underneath. The candle heats the bowl and the essential oil so that it evaporates, permeating the air with the aroma of the oil. It is also possible to use wax wafers or tarts with this type of diffuser. The wax melts in the bowl and releases the scent that is infused in the wax. These are excellent for use in a bathroom or smaller bedroom. Also be careful with this type of diffuser that you don't leave the candle burning more than 20 minutes and only use 2 or 3 drops of oil in the diffuser bowl.

relax mood their beneficial affects can be felt.
Nebulizing diffusers and fan diffusers both use the passage of air to fill a room with the scent of aromatherapy oils. They come in attractive glass shapes so you don't have to worry about a large diffuser taking away from the style of your rooms decor. They can be placed on a side table and although the fan diffuser will make a small amount of noise it is nothing more than that of an air vent. This type of aromatherapy diffuser is good for filling a large room with your desired scent.
